1.  Wisconsin Homes For Sale By Owner, L.L.C. does not represent the Buyer, or the Seller. We charge a one-time fee and provide a listing service where the Subscriber may advertise on our website a genuine For Sale By Owner property.

2.  The current fee for a 12 month listing including a yard sign is $29. This fee includes a yard sign that has been customized with the Subscriber's telephone number (shipping included). 

3.  The Subscriber is responsible for the accuracy of their listing.

4.  The Subscriber agrees that while the property is listed on the ‘wihomesfsbo.com' website that it will not be listed with a real estate agent or broker.

5. Yard signs are to be installed by the Subscriber. Wisconsin Homes For Sale By Owner, L.L.C. is not responsible for any injury or damage that may occur handling the yard sign.

6.  The Subscriber may choose to list their property as a ‘website only' listing with no yard sign. The current fee for a 12 month ‘website only' listing is $19 and is subject to the same terms and conditions listed above.
